If you’ve been doing CrossFit at another box, we like to meet with you for a free personal training sessions as a first step. This is an opportunity to meet with your personal coach, and for them to explain how we run things at In2. It is also an opportunity for the coach to assess your movement and recommend whether you are OK to go straight to group classes or whether you will need to do some one-on-one sessions first.

Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements and reach our graduation requirements, you are free to begin group classes.

During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.

Each class has a maximum of 12 members per coach. At least two coaches (and some apprentices) will be present at larger classes. One of our principles is to promote a minimum of 120:1 student to coach ratio. This ensures you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.


Our membership includes personal training sessions. These sessions are a way for you and your coach to dedicate some time to addressing your specific needs. Whether that’s nutrition planning, goal setting or working on additional programming to address weaknesses.

These sessions are part of our coach for life program. For as long as you are a member with us you will have regular check ins with your coach to keep your training on track.
