NEW TO CROSSFIT

Exciting news; it’s now even easier to get started at IN2! We have included Beginner Classes as part of our regular monthly membership.

Our new Beginner Classes are limited to 6 people so that you always get plenty of personal coaching. They will run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm for 1 hour. As soon as you feel comfortable with the movements you can start booking into our main group classes.

Previously new joiners had to complete five One-on-One sessions with a coach. These are still available and are more suited to those who have specific movement issues, injuries they need to address, or those cannot make the scheduled times.

New Beginner Classes start on Monday 5th June. So just in time to get toned up for the summer!

STEP 1: Free one-on-one intro session

Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a free one on one session! To book in your free session, please fill in the form on the right, or email ashley.grossmann@in2crossfit.com (please include your phone number).

STEP 2: Beginner classes

All new members (who haven’t done CrossFit before) first start by attending some Beginner Classes.

STEP 3: Group Classes

Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements and reach our graduation requirements, you are free to begin group classes.

During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.

Each class has a maximum of 12 members per coach. At least two coaches (and some apprentices) will be present at larger classes. One of our principles is to promote a minimum of 12:1 student to coach ratio. This ensures you will continue to receive technical coaching even as your CrossFit and fitness abilities improve.
