Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a free one on one session! STEP 1: STUDENT CONSULTATION/ASSESSMENT (1 FREE SESSION)
If you’ve been doing CrossFit at another box, we like to meet with you for a free personal training sessions as a first step. This is an opportunity to meet with your personal coach, and for them to explain how we run things at In2. It is also an opportunity for the coach to assess your movement and recommend whether you are OK to go straight to group classes or whether you will need to do some one-on-one sessions first.

If you’re in London for a few days, please come and say hello! You are welcome to book in for a class or two (we limit drop-ins to two classes please).
